Our Cuisine :
Together with her team, the chef Vanessa Merino, from the Ferrán Adrià school in Hacienda Benazuza, in the El Bulli Hotel, serves new dishes that without a doubt will be known by all. An enclave, where a great gastronomical interest, as well as high quality and modernity are merged together in a room with a vanguard interior. The best examples of the chefs cuisine can be found in the eggs, stewed at a low temperature, fried above a type of bread with an asparagus sauté, different mushrooms depending on the season, foie salsa, San Pedro with risotto and deer civet with apple, pear and nut compote. In conclusion, it is a type of cuisine that is basically characterised by the market, with a big Catalunian and Andalusian influence.

The delicious desserts include las torrijas caramelizadas with peach ice cream. Furthermore, there is a wide and attractive choice of cheeses available.

There is an interesting wine menu with a wide choice of wines at reasonable prices.
