A semi spiral staircase leads to a wide space surrounded by enormous, elegantly-draped windows, that at night time, give "Gaia" a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
The delicate sound of pipe music and the candlelight give people the opportunity to enjoy a meal to the full as well as encourage a good, relaxed conversation. Gaia´s menu offers within its pages, recipes that fuse Mediterranean and Cantabrian cuisine.
